Down lead clamp is used to fix optical fiber when jumping or down leading.and it is usually installed every 1.5-2 meter.
The clamp is mainly used for fixing and installing of the ADSS/OPGW cable when lead wire to the pole to avoid the cable friction with the pole or others in the wind and protect the cable. Optical cable fittings

1.Double suspension clamp is mainly used to hang ADSS cable on the support of angle or elevation
angle approximately 25°- 60°.It substantially reduces static stress on the suspension point, increases 
the anti-vibration ability, and overcomes the dynamic stress caused by the wind vibration. Its unique 
features not only lend a tender angle to the cable hung on the big angle support, but also reduce cable 
bending stress.
2. There are two broken strength 100KN and 120KN; The holding strength is between 10-20%RTS; and 
the recommended span is 200-600m.
 
3. The full unit of double suspension clamp includes outer preformed rods, inner preformed armor rods, 
and two suspension heads. The accessories are a double suspension yoke plate, two another shackles 
and two PS-7 clevis tongues (Type Y).

Detailed Description
Product Name: Middle-span tension sets
Model: ANZ
The middle-span tension sets can protect and provide cushioning to the ADSS cables. The special design of helical rods makes ensure that preformed dead-ends can not cause undue stress to the ADSS cables, so that the normal lifetime of cable system is ensured.
RTS (Rated Tensile Strength): 10KN~ 30KN
Span length: 100m ~ 300m

Structure and Raw Material:
(1) Clevis Thimble: Hot galvanized cast steel. Clevis Thimble is plugged in bend of Outer Reinforcing Rods for protection and connected.
(2) Inner reinforcing Rods: Inner reinforcing rods are made of aluminium clad steel rods. With a layer of particle emery inside, Inner Protection Rods can increase friction and decrease side pressure to cables. Rods are made into four subsets which can reduce misalignment errors and speeds installation. The ends are bent outward to avoid stress to OPGW cables.
(3) Outer dead-end Rods: Rods are made into one subset with a layer of firm emery inside, in order to increase gripping power of Outer Reinforcing Rods while decreasing side pressure. Sets are color marked to reduce misalignment errors and to speed installation

Application Guide:
1. The preformed dead-ends are designed to connect Continue pole(or tower) and Terminal pole(tower), tensile pole(tower). The special specification: One unit per Terminal pole(tower), two units per tensile pole(tower) and two units per Continue pole(tower).
2. Select the Specification Model corresponding to the cable diameter range, Rated Tensile Strength.
3. Ground Clamps are sold together with Tension Sets, and prohibited directly installing on the Outer Reinforcing Rods and Inner Protection Rods.
